Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. You can see when your order is shipped in your 'My Account' page.

How much is delivery?
For orders of $150 or more, delivery is free.
For orders below $150 a flat rate of $9.95 will be charged.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes! We utilise industry standard encryption to ensure your personal and credit card details remain confidential. After processing an order, no credit card details are retained. At no time do we transmit insecure personal information over the Internet.

What will my credit card statement show?
Your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and your statement will report your purchase as "HLB GROUP PTY LTD." If you paid via PayPal or Paymate, your statement may display the names of these companies instead.

What if I'm not home when my purchase arrives?
All parcels must be signed for, so if you are not home to accept delivery the courier will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention nocturnalvices.com.au in order to pick-up your package.

Will you respect my privacy?
We know how important discretion is to our customers. Our Privacy page tells you exactly what we will and won't do with your personal information.

Will I need an adaptor?
Some of the products we sell are rechargeable, and come with connectors to recharge. They may, however, be supplied with a non-Australian plug. If this is the case, your product will be supplied with an Australian adaptor plug. Non-Australian customers will not be supplied with an adaptor for rechargeable products.

Are batteries included?
Some manufacturers do include batteries with their products, other do not. If an item does come with batteries, it will be stated in the product description.
