All orders totaling $150 and above to be posted to any Australian state or territory will be delivered FREE. Order must total $150 BEFORE any vouchers or discounts

All orders less than $150 will be delivered to any Australian state or territory for a flat rate of $9.95.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

Outside of Australia, we ship to New Zealand, United States, Canada and United Kingdom. International shipping is charged at a flat rate, dependent upon the destination;

SHIPPING TIMES

Whilst www.nocturnalvices.com is an online store and operates 24 hours a day, we have regular office hours, from 8.30pm – 5pm (AEST), Monday to Friday and our office is not open on Australian public holidays.

Orders placed by 10am AEST will be shipped that day(*). All orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day.

* Excluding Christmas and Valentines periods where shipping may take 3 working days.
*Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
*Special instructions are welcome and we will endeavor to fulfill them to the best of our ability. Desired delivery dates can be accommodated within courier guidelines provided it is a business day, but please ensure that you take into account the freight times.
*IMPORTANT NOTE - shipping will be delayed if your order includes products that state a longer shipping time. Nocturnal Vices indicate the estimated shipping time for items that are not in immediate stock.

Whilst we ship our orders as soon as possible, delivery time is dependant upon the location of delivery.

Nocturnal Vices only stock quality products, we also reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantees the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.


DELIVERY TERMS

Nocturnal Vices is not responsible for the gift delivery. We use reputable contract couriers. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.

All products supplied by Nocturnal Vices must be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. We endeavor to ensure delivery arrangements are made, including requiring evidence of age where appropriate.
