Nocturnal Vices takes the upmost care in packaging and posting your order, all products are tested prior to posting. We do not accept responsibility for products once it has left our premises, except for the following circumstances;

If a product arrives damaged, Nocturnal Vices will assess the situation for replacement based on a case-by-case basis.

If a wrong choice is made by you, the customer, no refund will be allowed, but an exchange for goods to the same or greater amount will be permitted, with any outstanding balance to be paid by you in full. The return of incorrectly chosen goods will not be covered by Nocturnal Vices. The return of incorrect choices must be agreed to by Nocturnal Vices prior to the physical return of goods, and all tamper evident seals must be intact.

In the case of any refund or replacement, any delivery costs will not be refunded, and the cost of returning items to Nocturnal Vices will not be covered by Nocturnal Vices.
